Founders

Aida Elegbede

In 2022, Aida Elegbede and her son Paul Alle-Koffi Jr. founded the Kind Touch Foundation with the objective of improving the quality of life for underserved communities in different developing countries in Africa. Prior to her involvement in this initiative, Aida worked as a Human Resources professional and executive assistant for different companies. Her educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master's degree in Human Resources Analytics and Management from the American University in Washington, D.C. Aida lives with her husband and two beautiful children in Maryland.

Paul Alle-Koffi Jr. is the co-founder of the Kind Touch Foundation. Similarly to his mother, Aida, the passion for helping others led him to join the initiative to establish the foundation. Throughout his life, Paul has recognized the importance of giving back to the community. It is his intention to devote his time to making the mission of Kind Touch a success. Paul is currently a freshman at Georgetown Day School. In 2022, he graduated from Saint Andrew Apostle in Silver Spring, Maryland, where he was recognized for his academic and extracurricular accomplishments, including basketball and music awards. As he embarks on this journey of giving back to the community, Paul is glad to have the opportunity to strengthen his leadership skills.
